Terms of Use

By accessing any part of the Site, you (an individual or the organisation you represent, “User” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may revise these Terms at any time and will post the updated version with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Fenrir may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any feature) at any time without notice or liability, and may restrict access to parts or all of the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old (the age of majority in Taiwan) and otherwise legally permitted to use the Site in your jurisdiction. If local law prohibits use of the Site, your right to access it is revoked.

This Agreement governs the public-facing Site only. Access to Fenrir’s paid software, analytics platforms, or other commercial offerings (“Services”) requires a separate written contract.

All Site content (text, graphics, code, layout, etc.) is owned or licensed by Fenrir and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Site.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or connected networks;
• Gain—or attempt to gain—unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or to any Services;
• Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code;
• Use automated means (e.g., bots, crawlers) to access or scrape the Site without prior written consent.

Materials on the Site may be subject to Taiwan’s Foreign Trade Act, Export Control Act, and related regulations issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (BOFT). You agree not to download, transfer, or export any content in breach of such laws or of applicable foreign sanctions regimes.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience; Fenrir does not endorse and is not responsible for external content or privacy practices. Access them at your own risk.

EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY MANDATORY LAW, FENRIR (AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED USD 100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO ACCESS THE SITE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Nothing in this Section limits rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fenrir and its affiliates from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Site.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the Taipei District Court, and you consent to that court’s personal jurisdiction.

If any provision is held invalid, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
